My partner in crime, best friend, and lovely wife Katie and I, sold this home for our friends who moved to Texas. While we were extremely sad to see them leave Nashville, we were stoked to be able to help them market and sell their home. If you want a great example of how a home should look to sell fast, this is the one! Not only was the house’s interior designed and staged well, it was extremely clean! We listed this home, posted the video, did the marketing, and hosted an open house on Sunday. We received an after right afterwards, for full asking, which our sellers accepted. The open house was a huge success because great marketing brought people out to see what an amazing house this was.
It was very important to capture the flow of this home, which is always done better through video. The owners had finished the basement and turned it into an amazing music studio & living space. The home also featured multiple outdoor areas, and a sidewalk that went from the front of the house to the back basement door which makes it perfect for entering the home in multiple convenient areas- all of which you see throughout the video. And finally, location location location. This is where a drone really comes in handy. I was able to show how the home sits right in the middle of Cool Springs-Franklin, next to everything you’d ever need!
