Three John Maher One-Shot Walkthroughs

A one-shot in film is a continuous shot by a single camera for a long period of time, sometimes the whole movie, or created to look so. A great example of a recent award winning one-shot film was “Birdman” starring Michael Keaton. They can be tricky and sometimes difficult to shoot and edit well, but they work great for home walkthroughs.

The Alistair

A very classic look, with plenty of space. The Alistair features an open floor plan, country style front porch, screened in back porch for some whiskey sippin’ and a huge bonus room. As always, John Maher comes standard with many of the upgrades that are “extra” with most other builders- like granite and real hardwood floors. The Ambrose

Probably my wife and I’s personal favorite floor plan. Again, an open layout, but with two bedrooms and full bathrooms downstairs- the master, and a good size private bedroom and full bath off to the side of the home. This makes for a great guest area. Overall, it’s 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a big bonus, real hardwood and other great upgrades. Learn more about these floor plans and listing availabilities at JohnMaherCommunities.com

The Deerfield

The Deerfield is a bit smaller, but still beautiful, a great layout as all bedrooms are on the bottom floor, and starting out at a lower price. The whole home is one level with only the bonus room being up a set of stairs- which is a great extra space and get-a-way spot in the home.
