A lifestyle facilitator is really my occupation. Don’t get me wrong, I’m stoked to have the title “Realtor”, but that’s really just a legal term, and kind of boring. Agreed? Last week, a client and friend of mine closed on this property. This is her first home. We looked at homes everywhere in Nashville, made offers on multiple homes, and lost out. We made a great offer, obviously the sellers were happy with it because the accepted, and continued with the processes of closing the deal. The inspection report was great. But the appraisal was even better. Let’s just say as lenders would say… “It appraised!” My client walks into her home with equity. What does that mean? She made money just by buying the house! Good money. And even better, the current analysis of the Nashville market says that the bulls think the market value will increase by up to 27% in the next 3-4 years. Wow! That’s even more money she’ll make ever year just by owning the home!
